Sr. Talent Care Consultant

The Sr. Talent Care Consultant serves as a dedicated resource to support employees throughout their work assignment with Vita Global Sciences. The job responsibilities include requests pertaining to onboarding, employee inquiries, providing KPIs, performance management, addressing high risk employee challenges, or any issues impacting their employee experience. By partnering with recruitment, account executives, business development program leader stakeholders, Sr. Talent Consultants can provide effective services to employees on assignment that meet our clients’ talent service expectations.

Employee Onboarding and Orientation:

  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires by coordinating pre-employment processes, ensuring the completion of necessary documentation, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Organize and conduct orientation sessions to familiarize employees with workplace expectations, benefits, and available resources.
  • Explain Talent Care services and capabilities along with quarterly touch points (employee check-ins, newsletters) along with annual performance reviews. Welcome call prior to starting.

Main point of contact (MPOC) for employee inquiries and internal team escalations. 

  • First point of contact for employee concerns and requests, ranging from benefits information to assignment details.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses, responding to escalated issues from appropriate departments as needed to ensure swift resolution.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement through regular check-ins and feedback mechanisms, proactively addressing any areas of concern.

Performance Management

  • Assist employees and hiring managers in understanding performance expectations, objectives, and evaluation criteria.
  • Support the administration of performance reviews, goal setting, and development planning.
  • Offer resources and coaching on professional growth and improvement opportunities, fostering a culture of continuous development.
  • Manage annual performance reviews (talent service appraisals).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and report on KPIs relevant to employee performance, assignment success, and overall employee experience for recruiters, account management and business development teams to share with clients to support increased growth with existing customer base.

Sharing KPIs for bid defense and request for proposals for new business opportunities.

  • Utilize data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in talent management practices.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership and relevant stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.

Addressing High-Risk and Challenging Situations:

  • Identify employees experiencing challenges that may impact their performance, well-being, or assignment success.
  • Provide tailored support, resources, and interventions for high-risk cases, coordinating with HR, management, and external partners as appropriate.
  • Maintain confidentiality while ensuring a fair and empathetic approach to issue resolution.

Enhancing Employee Experience:

  • Champion initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment throughout all stages of the assignment.
  • Solicit employee feedback to continuously refine talent services and address evolving needs with quarterly check-ins.
  • Advocate for employee interests while balancing client & recruiter expectations and organizational objectives

Stakeholder Partnership and Communication:

  • Collaborate with recruitment teams, account managers, and client representatives to ensure alignment on talent needs and service delivery standards.
  • Participate in regular meetings and strategy sessions to share insights, best practices, and progress updates.
  • Build and sustain relationships with all stakeholders, fostering trust and open communication.

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a Science related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 2+ years’ experience in HR, talent management, recruitment, client services, or a similar employee-focused role preferred.
  • Strong understanding of talent lifecycle processes, including onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism.
  • Experience with Bullhorn, Microsoft Office, timekeeping, and systems is a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in KPI tracking and reporting.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced oriented environment with shifting priorities.

 

Base pay range for this position is $65,000 - $68,000 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
