Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Recruiter to support our Functional Service Provider (FSP) programs within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and clinical research industries. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for specialized clinical development roles supporting sponsor-dedicated programs.

The Clinical Research Recruiter will partner closely with program leadership, hiring managers, and talent sourcing teams to attract and hire highly skilled professionals supporting clinical trials and drug development initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong experience recruiting within clinical research, CROs, biotech, or pharmaceutical organizations and understands the complexity of hiring specialized talent in the clinical development ecosystem.

This role requires a consultative approach to recruiting, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates in competitive clinical research talent markets.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for clinical development positions within sponsor-dedicated FSP programs.
  • Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing and evaluating candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing offers and onboarding.
  • Recruit for roles such as CRAs, Clinical Trial Managers, Clinical Scientists, Data Managers, Biostatisticians, Regulatory Affairs, and Pharmacovigilance professionals.
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics in ATS/CRM systems, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and support workforce planning while ensuring a positive candidate experience and competitive offer negotiations.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience within clinical research, CROs, pharmaceutical, or biotech organizations
  • Experience recruiting for clinical development roles such as:
  • Clinical Research Associates, Trial Managers, Project Managers, Data Managers, Biostatisticians, Regulatory Affairs professionals
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions in fast-paced environments
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting FSP or sponsor-dedicated recruitment programs
  • Understanding of the clinical trial lifecycle (Phase I–IV)

 

Experience recruiting within key therapeutic areas such as:

  • Oncology, Rare Disease, Immunology, Vaccines
  • Experience recruiting globally across North America, Europe, or Asia-Pacific
  • Familiarity with GCP and regulatory frameworks impacting clinical research roles
