Shipping Validation Specialist

Our client is global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization based in Fargo, ND searching for Shipping Validation specialist.
The ideal candidate has strong experience developing and validating shipping protocols for ultra-low temperature products. This role will be heavily focused around Temperature Profile studies (mid/max load), Distribution Cycle Testing, and Worst-Case lane assessments for international shipping routes. This candidate will be the sole in-house shipping validation SME.
Required Skills & Experience
- Author and execute IQ/OQ/PQ for passive and active shippers (e.g., PCM-based, dry ice, powered containers).
- Create/test conditioning protocols and final reports for dry ice and gel packs; verify pack-out against worst-case thermal profiles (summer/winter).
- Create protocols and final reports for packaging distribution tests (e.g., drop, vibration, compression) and thermal chamber studies (challenge profiles).
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience with ultra-low freezing products (-60 to -80)
- International shipping experience
- CDMO experience
