Kelly Science and Clinical FSP is currently seeking a Regulatory Affairs coordinator for a long-term engagement with one of our Global MedTech clients. This person will join our Kelly FSP (Functional Service Provider) division, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain regulatory documentation, trackers, and filing systems to support RA and business related operations.
  • Coordinate collection of documents and information from internal stakeholders, international affiliates and external vendors, as needed.
  • Prepare, format, route, and archive documents in accordance with established procedures and timelines.
  • Schedule meetings, follow up on action items, and assist with routine communication and coordination activities.
  • Support administrative tasks related to records management, PO processing, document shipping, notarization, and other operational activities.
Required Qualifications
  • College/Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • 1+ years of coordinator, or operational support experience. Relevant experience medical devices or a similarly regulated industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures and instructions.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting teams in a regulated industry such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing.
  • Experience maintaining databases, trackers, document repositories, or records management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and functions.
  • Experience supporting global or geographically dispersed teams.
