Integrated Operations Lead
Kelly Science and Clinical FSP is currently seeking a Integrated Operations Lead for a opportunity in West Point, PA supporting our pharmaceutical manufacturing client. This person will join our Kelly FSP (Functional Service Provider) division, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc. Summary:
The Integrated Operations Lead reports to the Director of Kelly’s Functional Service Provider (FSP) program providing centrally managed solutions to clients across the US and EMEA. The Integrated Operations Lead is intended to provide operational and client relationship support for regulatory, medical or clinical operations teams servicing one of our main clients. The FSP program supports positions in Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, Data Management and others.
The Integrated Operations Lead maintains customer relationships, manages employee performance and development, and contributes to the overall support of workforce teams.
Responsibilities:
Customer relationships
  • Maintain regular contact with clients/employees to ensure satisfaction surrounding existing program performance and workforce output
  • Collect and disseminate client feedback through appropriate Kelly FSP leadership channels to service client needs
  • Provide customer consultation and problem-solving recommendations with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
  • Independently conduct governance reporting and QBR meetings through direct presentation or other media as requested
  • Bring a holistic approach to all the solutions deployed to the customer at any given site or geography in your area of responsibility.
  • Collaborate with all Kelly FSP stakeholders to deliver a scalable, efficient, and sustainable service delivery operations platform for this large client.
  • Achieve and exceed program goals across each product/solution.
Recruitment Process management
  • Drive successful talent recruitment by triggering internal and external suppliers to deliver on talent acquisition though matric team
  • Ensure timely outcome of recruitment efforts through process oversight and management
  • Track details for new recruitment from requisition through onboarding
  • Activate recruitment through matrix team by sharing job description, intake forms and assignment details (e.g. location, length, pay, interview process, etc.)
  • After receiving candidate resumes from recruitment team, vet and interview candidates to clarify position details, client relationship, program structure, and clarify qualifications
  • Hand-off candidates for screenings and onboarding with matrix team
  • Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Personnel management
  • Maintain regular contact with employees to ensure the following:
  • Ensure client and candidate satisfaction
  • Program processes are understood
  • Training needs are recognized and addressed
  • Professional development plans/opportunities are defined and guided
  • Conduct formalized semi-annual and annual performance evaluations
  • Confer with appropriate Program Managers/Director of Operations to coordinate raises and bonuses
  • Ensure industrial compliance of client needs through contractor training
Business Development
  • Develop and maintain high-level relationships with customers & talent supply chain.
  • Decision Tree Consultation & Collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in or lead client sales cycle initiation calls or meetings to support business development activities that ultimately grow Kelly revenue and GP at the client.
  • Conduct or support Governance reporting and QBR meetings through direct presentation or other media as requested and to a high standard.
  • Deliver and support presentations to senior-level customer contacts as needed.
  • Ability to contribute to creation and execution of the strategic plan for the account.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 3+ years staffing management experience
  • Previous clinical supply chain experience preferred
  • Skill to be able to strongly influence the customer and to help capture renegade spend.
  • Staffing services or talent management background in a leadership capacity preferred.
  • Experience with management/development of strategic solutions, technology savvy and process orientation needed.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive coupled with a strong understanding of operations and how it ties into business development and customer service is critical.
  • Strong goal orientation with a strong commitment to quality and ethical behavior as well as a proven track record in business development and growing operations.
  • Must be detail oriented, technologically savvy, highly independent, and capable of working in a flexible environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
