Functional Master Data Lead

Kelly Science and Clinical FSP is currently seeking a Functional Master Data Lead for a long-term engagement with one of our Global Medical Device clients. This position is fully remote. This person will join our Kelly FSP (Functional Service Provider) division, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc. • 10+ years of SAP experience, including:
  • Strong expertise in SAP Material Master (MM)
  • Deep experience with functional master data objects:
    • BOMs, Routings, Production Versions
    • Source Lists, Contracts, PIRs, QIRs
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformations
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
• Proven experience in data governance, standards, and master data management
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Confident in a high stress fast paced project

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certified Material Master Practitioner (or equivalent certification)
• Experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)
• Exposure to SAP BTP, integrations, and workflow orchestration
• Experience in global template deployments or large-scale ERP programs
• Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., Medical Devices, Pharma, GxP)
• Strong documentation skill to translate business needs into actionable insights/requirements
