Summary:
- Defines project scope, objectives, timelines, and project plans
- Provides clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, provides updates, and manages expectations
- Contributes to the creation and coordinates the execution of functional user test plans and review results for acceptability
- Coordinates activities and resources for all Clinical system implementation and testing
- Leads business requirement and process improvement sessions to help translate into required documentation
- Provides administration and support for hosted and non-hosted Business Applications
- Act as a liaison between company and software vendor to communicate all technical issues
- Keep abreast of new technology developments and make recommendations regarding changes to current standards as appropriate
- Develop the training strategy and ensure execution for all end-users
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships
- Builds and maintains industry knowledge
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, business-related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 year of technical experience required
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Prior SharePoint Administration experience
- Project Management experience required
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of data collection and reporting practices
- Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel and Outlook
- Demonstrated technical proficiencies
- Strong oral and written communication skills
