Contract Duration: Full-Time, Permanent Required Skills & Experience
- 10–15+ years in software/AI engineering
- 3–5+ years leading engineering teams, including delivery ownership
- Demonstrated experience building and deploying production AI/ML or data platforms (not just prototypes)
- Deep knowledge of:
- Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic pipeline systems
- Multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- MLOps and scalable deployment practices
- Experience operating in regulated environments (GxP preferred)
- Life sciences or clinical data exposure (SDTM, ADaM, CDISC, etc.)
- Enterprise-level internal platform or SaaS solution experience
- Familiarity with the PHUSE and PharmaSUG ecosystem
- Defining and executing the AI roadmap across biometrics and medical writing
- Translating domain workflows into AI/ML-enabled, compliant, and production-ready systems
- Building, scaling, and mentoring the AI engineering team
- Driving biometrics automation, LLM pipelines, agent orchestration, and cloud-native data flow frameworks
- Supporting Business Development in RFPs/RFIs and engaging in client demos
- Ensuring audit, traceability, and regulatory compliance at every step
- Innovating solutions that will directly influence Vita’s revenue growth and industry reputation
